Biography
Attorney Janine Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross in 1991 and a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 1994. She began her legal career in 1994 as a litigation attorney with a primary focus on insurance and medical malpractice defense. After her second child was born with special needs, she developed a passion for supporting children and families, and served as a special education advocate for over 10 years before joining Conlon & McGlynn. Through her professional and personal experiences, Attorney Kelly understands the need for compassion and efficiency when helping families navigate sensitive and complex legal issues. In every case, she focuses on finding common ground, resolving conflict peacefully, and using litigation only as a last resort.
Attorney Kelly is admitted to practice law in the state of Connecticut. She also serves on the executive board of SPED*NET, a non-profit organization devoted to supporting children with special needs and their families free of charge.
